With the launch of our Santa Monica, we needed to do something different, so we asked our friends over at Bafang if they were able to help. Through months of development, they were able to refine their motor design and manufacturing process to create something special, a 750W hub motor, in a small, lightweight shell.

Engineered to be compact and ultra-light, the Route 66 is the lightest rear hub motor in its class, pushing out as much power as motors twice its size. Developed exclusively for AIMA, the Route 66 packs 750 Watts of power and 74Nm of torque into a small package.
